PERMANENT MEMBERS BY DISCRETIONARY APPOINTMENT

In addition, the President may, in his sole discretion, designate and fill up to three other permanent membership positions to be held by members of the University’s executive management, as appropriate to achieve a balance of commitment and authority.

TERM APPOINTMENTS

The President may, in his sole discretion, appoint the Deans of up to three (3) Schools or Colleges of the University, each to serve for a designated term of one year. The President may remove or replace any person appointed to serve on the ECC in accordance with this paragraph at any time and for any reason.
